Accepted Submissions:
- Community Concerns: Document issues in neighborhoods or societies with verifiable proof (photos, videos, official correspondence).
- Civic Complaints: Unresolved public problems (infrastructure, utilities, sanitation) needing attention.
- Innovative Solutions & Suggestions: Practical ideas addressing everyday challenges.
- Editorials & Opinions: Thoughtful perspectives on public matters requiring wider attention.
- Social Contributions: Stories of individuals or groups making a tangible difference.
- Verified Incidents: Events deserving public awareness, backed by credible evidence.

Content We Do Not Publish:
- Hate speech, religious debates, or politically motivated narratives
- Personal disputes (use platforms like Voice of Customer on Facebook)
- Unverified claims, rumors, or unsubstantiated allegations
